Cancellation Policy for San Pancho Camp 2024

We expect to sell out, but in the case that we don’t meet minimum numbers (10-15 students for each group), we will issue full refunds by October 31, 2023.

Payment in full is required by October 31, 2023.

If you cancel by October 31, 2023 - 100% refunded.
If you cancel by November 30, 2023 - Camp fees refunded less a $50 deposit.
After November 30, 2023, we reserve the right to not offer any refund.
